The NxtScript family of premium raw materials features a reverse transcriptase cluster evolved for superior performance at elevated temperatures. These enzymes are designed to remove the traditional constraints associated with standard RT-PCR workflows.

With maintained activity at 60°C (NxtScript RT) and up to 70°C (NxtScript 2G RT), this enzyme family provides the flexibility required for complex diagnostic assay architecture. Operating at these temperatures ensures that RNA secondary structures are effectively denatured, preventing interference with the amplification process.

Furthermore, the enhanced thermostability of NxtScript enzymes eliminates previous limitations on melting temperatures, allowing for the seamless processing of GC-rich regions. By integrating NxtScript RT or NxtScript 2G RT, developers can significantly simplify their RT-PCR design and improve overall assay robustness.
