- Enhanced sample handling flexibility
With the upgrade to Cedex® Bio HT v7.0, biopharma manufacturers can now utilize 24-well and 48-well plates in addition to the traditional 96-well plate. This enhancement allows for more effective and flexible sample handling, offering a broader range of experimental setups and better suitability for varying sample sizes and requirements.
- Optimized scheduler for improved workflow
The new optimized scheduler makes your testing process more flexible, effective, and faster. One of the standout features is the prioritization ability, enabling up to two assays to be measured first from all samples, aiding in quicker result acquisition for critical tests. Additionally, the system now supports the creation of more than 1000 test orders at once, significantly enhancing throughput and productivity.
To further streamline your workflow, Cedex® Bio HT v7.0 allows for extended options in creating sample names, with up to 50 digits for sample (order) IDs. This provides greater flexibility and precision in sample identification and tracking.
- Advanced data exchange capabilities
We understand the importance of seamless data management and security. That’s why the new Bio HT Control Unit Engage FlexPro G2 can now be connected to a network for Active Directory authentication via TCP/IP protocols. This ensures robust security and efficient data management within your organizational IT infrastructure.
- User role and security enhancements
Enhancing security and convenience, the upgrade includes a modernized password policy alongside pre-defined user roles of “admin” and “laboper.” This simplifies user management and ensures that sensitive data is accessible only to authorized personnel, enhancing overall operational security.
- Improved auto-sampling solutions
Finally, additional information such as virtual rack removal is now provided at the host interface, facilitating optimized auto-sampling solutions. This ensures that your auto-sampling processes are more efficient, reducing manual intervention and potential for error.
