N-Glycosidase F (PNGase F) material number and pack size: Material Number Pack Size 06538355103 500 U/vial - N-Glycosidase F cleaves asparagine-bound N-glycans from glycoproteins. N-Glycosidase F is a recombinant, Peptide-N4-(acetyl-β-glucosaminyl)-asparagine amidase from Flavobacterium meningosepticum, expressed in E. coli, provided as a lyophilizate.
- N-Glycosidase F can be used in glycoprotein analysis to cleave asparagine-bound N-glycans from glycoproteins, allowing glycan and protein to be analyzed separately.
