Dilute the reconstituted enzyme with an appropriate tissue dissociation buffer.
Use the tissue dissociation buffer immediately after reconstitution.
Determine the working concentration for each individual application.
The mass of protein in each vial may vary slightly from lot-to-lot according to the specific activities and assay variability for the enzyme constituents. For lot-specific details, refer to the corresponding Certificate of Analysis.
Do not add components that may influence enzyme activity, such as albumin, serum, or protease inhibitors.

"Value": "The collagenases are produced by microbial fermentation. The fermentation media are free of any mammalian or avian derived raw materials. The downstream process is free of any animal derived raw materials, and no animal raw materials are added to the final preparation. Thermolysin is produced by microbial fermentation. The only animal derived raw materials used in the manufacturing process of the products are:
Fish gelatin derived from the skin of wild, deep-sea, cold water, kosher fish species.
Fish extract.
The downstream process is free of any animal derived raw materials, and no animal derived raw materials are added to the final preparation. Collagenase I/II MTF (2,000 U) enzyme blend GMP grade and Thermolysin MTF (15 mg) GMP grade are manufactured under GMP.
Laboratory procedures
Handle all samples as if potentially infectious, using safe laboratory procedures. As the sensitivity and titer of potential pathogens in the sample material varies, the operator must optimize pathogen inactivation by the Lysis / Binding Buffer or take appropriate measures, according to local safety regulations.
Do not eat, drink or smoke in the laboratory work area.
Do not pipette by mouth.
Wear protective disposable gloves, laboratory coats and eye protection, when handling samples and kit reagents.
Wash hands thoroughly after handling samples and reagents.
Waste handling
Discard unused reagents and waste in accordance with country, federal, state, and local regulations.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available online on dialog.roche.com, or upon request from the local Roche office.
