Pseudo-UTP is a naturally occurring modified ribonucleotide that can be found in multiple types of RNAs. Using it in mRNA synthesis can diminish immunogenicity compared to non-modified UTP.
Roche's new Pseudo-UTP is suitable for use in mRNA synthesis for therapeutics and vaccines:
- developed in animal-origin-free and B-lactam antibiotics-free quality
- tested for extended impurities
